Planning to attend next month’s massive “UFC 198: Werdum vs. Miocic” event? You can buy your tickets starting this week.
UFC 198 takes place May 14 at Arena da Baixada in Curitiba, Parana, Brazil. The main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on FOX Sports 1 and UFC Fight Pass.
The event features a heavyweight title fight between current champion Fabricio Werdum (20-5-1 MMA, 8-2 UFC) and top contender Stipe Miocic (14-2 MMA, 8-2 UFC), though the rest of the lineup is absolutely stacked with Brazilian talent.
Tickets for the event range from $38 for the nosebleeds to $407 for cageside.
Tickets go on sale to the general public on Wednesday at 9 a.m. ET (6 a.m. PT). However, UFC.com e-newsletter subscribers can buy their seats on Tuesday at 9 a.m. ET (6 a.m. PT). Brazilian ticket source Livepass will handle the sales.
According to Livepass, 45,000 seats will be available for the show, the first UFC to visit a Brazilian soccer stadium, and 13,000 of those will be available at the lowest entry price.
