'UFC 191 Embedded,' No. 5: Squeegees, GameWorks, mitt work for weight-cutting

It’s a new fight week, which brings another episode of “UFC 191 Embedded” and a preview of tonight’s pay-per-view event.

The online series previews the card, which takes place at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The main card airs on PPV following prelims on FOX Sports 1 and UFC Fight Pass.

In the main event, flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson (22-2-1 MMA, 10-1-1 UFC) fights John Dodson (17-6 MMA, 7-1 UFC) in a rematch of arguably his toughest test as a champion. In the co-feature, resurgent former heavyweight champions Andrei Arlovski (24-10 MMA, 13-4 UFC) and Frank Mir (18-9 MMA, 16-9 UFC) clash.

Plus, Anthony Johnson (19-5 MMA, 10-5 UFC) meets Jimi Manuwa (15-1 MMA, 4-1 UFC) at light heavyweight, and Alex Chambers (5-2 MMA, 1-1 UFC) takes on the card’s biggest favorite, Paige VanZant (5-1 MMA, 2-0 UFC), in a strawweight bout.

In the fifth episode, the fighters try to some new techniques (air hockey at GameWorks) and some old techniques (mitt work and some squeegees) for weight-cutting and final preparations.
