UFC 161 Medical Suspensions: Rashad Evans Among Fighters Receiving Indefinite Suspension


01-Evans-Davis-UFConFox-011The UFC 161: Evans vs. Henderson medical suspensions were released to MMAWeekly.com Tuesday by the Manitoba Combative Sports Commission.

Every fighter on the card received a mandatory 14-day medical suspension, but several others are out indefinitely until they gain medical clearance.

Main event fighter Rashad Evans is among the fighters that are out of action indefinitely.

UFC 161 took place Saturday, June 15, at the MTS Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Rashad Evans: Suspended indefinitely

Dan Henderson: Suspended 14 days

Stipe Miocic: Suspended 14 days

Roy Nelson: Suspended 14 days

Ryan Jimmo: Suspended indefinitely

Igor Pokrajac: Suspended 14 days

Alexis Davis: Suspended 14 days

Rosi Sexton: Suspended 14 days

Pat Barry: Suspended indefinitely

Shawn Jordan: Suspended 14 days

Jake Shields: Suspended 14 days

Tyron Woodley: Suspended 14 days

James Kruse: Suspended indefinitely

Sam Stout: Suspended indefinitely

Sean Pierson: Suspended 14 days

Kenny Robertson: Suspended 14 days

Roland Delorme: Suspended 14 days

Edwin Figueroa: Suspended indefinitely

Mitch Clarke: Suspended 14 days

John Maguire: Suspended 14 days
