Tickets for UFC's return to Germany on sale Wednesday, $240 gets you cageside


mark-munoz-23.jpgTickets for the UFC’s first event in Germany in more than three years go on sale this week, and you can get the best seats in the house for around $240.

Featuring a middleweight matchup between perennial UFC contender Mark Munoz (13-4 MMA, 8-4 UFC) and former Strikeforce and DREAM champ Gegard Mousasi (34-4-2 MMA, 1-1 UFC), “UFC Fight Night 41: Munoz vs. Mousasi” takes place May 31 at Germany’s O2 World Berlin.

Tickets, which are available at o2world-berlin.com, start at €50 (approximately $69) for the cheap seats and go up to €175 (approximately $241) for a cageside/floor spot.

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday at 10 a.m. CEST local time (4 a.m. ET). However, UFC Fight Club members can purchase tickets on Wednesday at 10 a.m. CEST local time, and UFC.com e-newsletter subscribers can buy their seats on Thursday at 10 a.m. CEST local time.

The UFC has twice before visited Germany, with Oberhausen playing host to UFC 122 in November 2010 and UFC 99 taking place in Cologne.

The latest UFC Fight Night 41 card includes:

  • Francis Carmont vs. C.B. Dollaway
  • Luke Barnatt vs. Sean Strickland
  • Drew Dober vs. Nick Hein
  • Magnus Cedenblad vs. Krzysztof Jotko
