TUF 16 fighter and Canadian stand-out Mike Ricci joins MMAWeekly.com to look back at the first couple of weeks on the show.

It’s great watching the show and reliving everything I went through. Team Carwin really had training in order and it was exciting spending the first night in the house but everyone was trying to establish their place.

Other then that it’s clear Julian and Secor don’t like each other… Tension is rising quickly.

I was the first victim of TUF house pranks it was cool no reason to get upset it’s all fun. Cameron and Neil were chosen as the first fight I was so excited to witness my first Ultimate Fighter fight live. Neil and Cam had a great fight, Neil just used his range well and pulled off the win I can’t wait for my turn in there. U

Nic Webb was really getting on my nerves not letting me sleep but not much I can do considering the no fight policy in the house. The two fighters picked were Joey Rivera and Sam Alvey, and I was super excited to see that fight!

Sam was clearly the favorite but Boom Boom brought it to him he was super aggressive and grinded out the decision.

Secor seems to have found his place as the house joker but I know Secor and he is there to fight and shouldn’t be taken for a joke. Well Team Nelson gains control and until next week see ya!

Several MMA managers expressed disappointment privately after nutritionist and coach Mike Dolce said on yesterday's episode of "The MMA Hour" that many MMA managers are doing a disservice to their clients. To recap: "These managers are charging the athletes 20 percent," Dolce said, "just to answer a phone call from Joe Silva to get one opponent's name, to then call the athlete and say, you're fighting Johnny So-and-So. And then the manager then takes 20 percent out of that. And then the athlete more

Mike Constantino took exception to Mike Dolce's recent comments regarding MMA manager rates, saying it's the same as saying "you don't need to pay a diet guru 20 percent to buy your groceries." Mike Dolce probably isn't a fan favorite among mixed martial arts (MMA) managers at the moment. The nutrition guru, who has helped countless prominent MMA fighters make weight for their bouts, recently advised them to fire certain managers who are taking up to 20 percent of their earnings for representati more
