Strikeforce Weigh-Ins At Crown Plaza Hotel Friday, Open to the Public

Strikeforce will hold their weigh-ins for this weekend’s Diaz vs. Daley card at the Crown Plaza Hotel in San Diego, Calif., and will be free and open to the public.

The weigh-ins will be held in the Kona Coast Room of the Crown Plaza Hotel, with doors opening at 4pm PT.

Fighters will hit the scales at approximately 5pm PT, with all the fighters weighing in including main event fighters Nick Diaz, Paul Daley, Gilbert Melendez and Tatsuya Kawajiri.

Due to the two main event fights also being championship bouts, the fighters will have to come in exactly on weight with no 1lb allowance that is normally given in a standard fight.

Prior to the weigh-ins, Strikeforce champions Dan Henderson and Marloes Coenen, as well as heavyweight Grand Prix participant Josh Barnett will hold an autograph signing for those in attendance.
