Kelly (144.2 pounds) and Lisita (145) both hit their marks and were cleared for the fight at Thursday’s official weigh-in. The event is set to take place Friday at TNU Sports Arena and will be streamed via online pay-per-view, in addition to being broadcast in Asia by Star Sports.
Lisita scored an emphatic knockout of Yusuke Kawanago in his promotional debut at One FC 15 in May, while Kelly’s most recent contest finished in a first-round submission win over Jianbo Lu at URCC 24 last November.
Friday’s show will also feature a lightweight co-main event between undefeated Brazilian Rafael Nunes (154.3) and incumbent Legend FC champ Koji Ando (154.5).
Undefeated in his last four fights, Yusup Saadulaev (134.7) will be looking to build on his fine recent form when he takes on former One FC interim title challenger Koetsu Okazaki (134.9) in a bantamweight bout.
The other fights on the main card see Jake Butler (204.8) take on Mohamed Ali (204.4) in a light heavyweight clash, Mahmoud Hassan (224.9) face Paul Cheng (253.5) in a heavyweight contest, Chi Lewis Parry (242.5) take on Alain Ngalani (231.5) in another heavyweight fight, and Nick Lee (134.9) go up against Ming Yen Sung (132.3) in a bantamweight bout.
On the three-fight undercard, Bala Shetty (168.9) faces Jeff Huang (167.1) at welterweight, Nathan Ng (145.1) meets Florian Garel (144.8) in a featherweight fight, and Rayner Kinsiong (156.7) takes on Elliot Corley (154.3) at lightweight. Kinsiong failed to make weight on his first attempt and was given one hour to reach the 155-pound limit. Corley, meanwhile, is a late replacement for Zhang Zheng Jie, who was deemed ineligible to compete after failing his pre-fight medical.
