UFC on Fuel TV 4 posterA UFC on Fuel TV 4 light heavyweight bout between Nick Penner and Tom DeBlass has been scrapped.

It has been an injury plagued summer, so the UFC pulled the plug on the bout when Nick Penner had to withdraw due to injury, according to UFC Tonight.

UFC on Fuel TV 4 was already loaded with 12 fights, but will now move forward as an 11-bout fight card.

Mark Munoz vs. Chris Weidman headlines the July 11 event slated for the HP Pavilion in San Jose, Calif.
