New web series 'UFC Embedded' gives you a day in the life, pre-UFC 173

The UFC has launched a new web series, “UFC Embedded,” that takes you behind the scenes of the company and its fighters.

The first installment takes a look at the training camps of Dan Henderson and Daniel Cormier from this past Saturday as they prepared for their light heavyweight showdown this week at UFC 173.

Henderson and Cormier co-headline UFC 173 on Saturday at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on FOX Sports 1 and UFC Fight Pass. The winner of the fight may be in prime position for a potential title shot at 205 pounds.

The episode also goes behind the scenes at the Zuffa home office in Las Vegas, where you can see UFC President Dana White putting in work on pre-UFC 173 programming, recording his regular video blog – and even Donald Cerrone showing up with a special birthday present for the UFC’s PR head.
