Zuffa – parent company of UFC and Strikeforce – of course, is headquartered in Vegas, so it only made sense to hold its annual UFC Fighter Summit there.

One UFC fighter took full advantage of the company trip to Vegas. Vladimir “The Janitor” Matyushenko, following the UFC Fighter Summit, got married… and the UFC caught it on film.
