UFC 205 is a blockbuster event, so it’s only fitting that it has a packed schedule of pre-event activities.
UFC 205, which features a trio of title fights, takes place Saturday at Madison Square Garden in New York, and the main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on FS1 and UFC Fight Pass.
Prior to Saturday’s show, fans can attend UFC 205’s open workouts, pre-event press conference and ceremonial weigh-ins (though free tickets are required through Ticketmaster.com).
Wednesday’s open workouts take place on the Madison Square Garden arena floor, and doors open at 9:30 a.m. ET. All six title-fight participants are scheduled to attend: lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez and opponent/featherweight champ Conor McGregor, welterweight titleholder Tyron Woodley and challenger Stephen Thompson, and strawweight champ Joanna Jedrzejczyk and challenger Karolina Kowalkiewicz.
Thursday’s press conference takes place at The Theater at Madison Square Garden. Doors open at 2:30 p.m. ET, and the press conference kicks off at 3 p.m. ET. Attendees includes UFC President Dana White and fighters Alvarez, McGregor, Woodley, Thompson, Jedrzejczyk and Kowalkiewicz.
Friday’s ceremonial weigh-ins take place at the Madison Square Garden arena floor. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. ET, and the first fighter is on the scale at 6 p.m. ET.
