WSOF 10 takes place June 21 at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and is headlined by a middleweight title collision pitting David Branch against Jesse Taylor. The evening’s main draw airs live on NBC Sports Network, while the undercard streams immediately prior on Sherdog.com, highlighted by a heavyweight clash pitting Derrick Mehmen against Dave Huckaba.
The preliminary draw will also see Rudy Morales collide with Timur Valiev, while Brandon Hempleman meets Andrew Yates and Justin Jaynes faces Jimmy Spicuzza. Lynn Alvarez and Tanner Cowan will also be in action, as they take on Sofia Bagherdai and A.J. Williams, respectively. MMAJunkie.com first reported the undercard matchups, and WSOF officials confirmed the fight card on Thursday afternoon.
Following a nine-fight amateur career, Evans-Smith turned pro last year, outpointing Tori Adams before stopping Fallon Fox to win the Championship Fighting Alliance’s featherweight tournament this past October.
Allen, meanwhile, rides back-to-back victories into her WSOF debut. “Black Widow” last competed on Dec. 6, scoring a unanimous decision win over Brenda Rodriguez to bring her pro record to 3-1.
