Edwin Figueroa Replaces Nick Pace at UFC Fight Night 24, Faces Michael McDonald

A change has been made to the upcoming UFC Fight Night 24 in Seattle. Nick Pace has been forced with withdraw after a injury sustained in training. Stepping into replace him against Michael McDonald will be undefeated prospect Edwin Figueroa.

The change was confirmed to MMAWeekly.com by sources close to the match-up.

Figueroa (7-0) comes to the UFC after a successful career in regional promotions, mostly in the Texas area.

He steps in with a tough test for his first fight in the UFC facing another young prospect in Michael “Mayday” McDonald.

The bout between Figueroa and McDonald will remain on the undercard for UFC Fight Night 24 in Seattle.
