UFC officials today announced Boston’s Orpheum Theatre will play host to Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 59 weigh-ins, but fans should note they will need to secure complimentary tickets for admission.
“Due to overwhelming demand and limited capacity,” according to UFC officials, tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis beginning at 10 a.m. ET on Friday, Jan. 16, at the Orpheum Theatre box office.
Tickets are limited to two per person.
As MMAjunkie previously reported, doors for Saturday’s festivities open at 1:30 p.m. ET local time. UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo will take the stage for a Q&A session at 2 p.m. PT. The public also is invited to the weigh-in ceremony. The first fighter steps on the scale at 4 p.m. ET local time.
As usual, MMAjunkie will be on scene with complete UFC Fight Night 59 coverage. We’ll also provide a live stream of the fighter weigh-ins.
