Bellator 77 Weigh-in Results: Lightweight Quarterfinalists Hit Marks in Pennsylvania



All eight quarterfinalists in Bellator’s seventh-season lightweight tournament were cleared for their Bellator 77 appearances at Thursday’s pre-fight weigh-ins.

UFC veteran Rich Clementi (Pictured, file photo) checked in at 155 pounds ahead of his main event collision with Russian Alexander Sarnavskiy (155.6), and World Extreme Cagefighting veteran Dave Jansen weighed 155.8 pounds before his bout with Magomed Saadulaev (155.4).

Meanwhile, Season 4 tournament vet Marcin Held tipped the scales at 155.8 pounds prior to his collision with Murad Machaev (155.4), and former Season 6 tournament hopefuls Ricardo Tirloni and Rene Nazare both came in on point, weighing 155.4 and 156 pounds, respectively.

Bellator 77 takes place Friday night at Reading Theatre at the Sovereign Center in Reading, Penn., and the evening’s main draw airs on MTV2. The show’s undercard streams live on Spike.com and features six bouts: Carmelo Marrero (239.8) vs. Lew Polley (239.6), E.J. Brooks (155.6) vs. Darrell Horcher (155.7), Ariel Sepulveda (186.5) vs. Duane Bastress (185.4), Brett Martinez (145.6) vs. Eric Albright (145.2), Mike Bannon (155) vs. Cosmo Alexandre (156.6) and Dave Morgan (125.8) vs Matthew Lozano (125.8).
