'UFC 186 Embedded,' No. 3: The joys of cutting weight

In the third episode of “UFC 186 Embedded,” which previews today’s pay-per-view event in Montreal, the fighters at the top of the card shed their last pounds on weigh-in day.

Headliner and flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson (21-2-1 MMA, 9-1-1 UFC) doesn’t seem to have much a struggle. Neither does his opponent, Kyoji Horiguchi (15-1 MMA, 4-0 UFC).

Things may be a little less fun for the likes of Michael Bisping (25-7 MMA, 15-7 UFC) and Quinton Jackson (35-11 MMA, 7-5 UFC), but everyone hit their marks.

Watch the behind-the-scenes footage of the fighters getting those final pounds off – and “Rampage” meeting fans in the hotel lobby, and giving a couple of them some friendly slaps.
