We ended PBC on FS1 on Tuesday, May 17 with a super middleweight bout between Deonte Wilson and Gilbert Venegas Jr. Wilson (4-1, 3 KOs) was hit by a right hand just as the round ended, giving Venegas Jr. a knockdown. Venegas Jr. (6-0, 4 KOs) exchanged punches with Wilson in the second and third round, but did found his distance and used his defense wisely. The last round sent the fighters in to attack mode. After being knocked down once, Wilson knew he had a lot to make up. Venegas landed some big punches as the fight ended, including a hook that sent WIlson's mouthpiece flying.
