Immediately following their UFC 244 headlining bout in New York, Jorge Masvidal and Nate Diaz were ready to run it back. The fight got cut short in both men's eyes when the cageside doctor forced the referee to call a halt to the bout after the third round because of cuts above and below Diaz's right eye. Diaz thought he was just about to turn the corner in the fight and Masvidal felt he was about to paint a masterpiece. So they both want the rematch to finish what the started. The one problem, UFC president Dana White doesn't appear to be on the same page, but why?
