My 16 year old daughter did this workout.... you can do this workout. -WARM UP Open chain mobility PILLAR PREP and SPECIFIC WARM UP 3 rounds Chest Swings x 20 reps Spiral and reverse lift around x 5 on in each direction Toes to bar x10 -WORKOUT A1) Heavy Kettlebell Swings x 20 reps 48k KB A2) Steel Club Reverse Lunge Front Press x 5 reps on each side 35k KB A3) BW Mountain Climber Stacked Bow Draw x 5 reps on each side *If you don't have a steel club use dumbbells and do a reverse lunge with a overhead press -Conditioning 3 Rounds B1) Kettlebell Double Farmers Carry x 30 seconds 20 sec. to switch B2) Ski Erg x 30 seconds for max meters Rest 1 min Repeat B1, B2 DECOMPRESSION/COOL DOWN Workout by @juannit_247
