All carbed up. Feeling strong and ready to go . Over the years I've done my weight cut all wrong. But feel like I've finally got it down a science now. In the past I think my weight cuts and lack of proper refueling affected my performances. Thank you to everyone who helped me with the process. As you can see the before and after isn't a huge difference bc the before picture I wasn't all sucked out. Just added some size with proper hydration and fuel over the past 24 hours. So happy for early weigh ins and longer recovery time. Who's ready for #UFCHOUSTON ??
