One day I've heard of 'rescue divers,' people who risk their own lives to save others, and whose sole purpose is to save lives. They do not earn much, they will often have to give up people they love, they will have to leave their comfort, to face the stormy waters of a sea in the storm, they will run a great risk of death, of dying alone, freezing in the water, without nobody.
Training to become a 'rescue diver' is difficult, many give up, because they can not stand the difficulties that appear throughout the training. It requires effort, dedication, discipline, and a team feeling, because they work in a group, one helping the other, not alone.
They will save as many people as they can, but sometimes they will have to choose who to save. So they have a great responsibility in their hands, that of saving lives, and that it is up to them, to no one else.
Their motto is: 'So that others may live.' Strong, but totally real.
