Video: Is Ronda Rousey's next career in boxing? Or jiu-jitsu? Or the WWE?

Ronda Rousey’s crossover appeal is bordering on the ridiculous at this point – in a great way for her and MMA.

On the heels of the announcement of her upcoming appearance on Ring magazine – becoming the first MMA fighter to appear on the nearly 100-year-old boxing publication – the UFC’s women’s bantamweight champion said her goals include the sweet science, eventually, among other potential pursuits.

“I want to be remembered as one of the greatest fighters of all time, in any sport,” Rousey said earlier this week at a media day at her home gym. “What I would love to do – I’ve got an Olympic medal, I would love to retire from MMA as one of the greatest of all time, I would love to have a chance to be a boxing world champion, I would love to have a chance to be a jiu-jitsu world champion … and I would love to have a chance to be the (WWE) Divas world champion and be the best of everything at one point. How that is possible to do, I’m going to have to figure that out. But I’m trying to figure that out, and I think if anybody’s capable, I think that I am.”

Rousey (12-0 MMA, 6-0 UFC) is set for her seventh title defense in two weeks against former multi-division boxing champion Holly Holm (9-0 MMA, 2-0 UFC) in the pay-per-view main event of UFC 193, which takes place Nov. 14 at Etihad Stadium in Melbourne.

Rousey and her trainer, Edmond Tarverdyan, said her boxing skills continue to improve. So the Ring magazine cover line reads: “She conquered MMA. Is boxing next?”

Once she wraps her UFC career, it sounds like boxing could be next.

Check out the video above for more from Rousey and her striking coach on her boxing skills now and her potential as she continues to work on that part of her game.
