Urijah Faber heads into UFC 157 ready for a fight that he feels like “needed to happen again, because it wasn’t finished the right way.”
That fight is a rematch with Ivan Menjivar, whom Faber fought seven years ago, winning the fight after it was stopped following an illegal kick to a downed opponent.
Faber isn’t living in the past, however, he just “looks forward to a good fight.”
Faber had a lot more to say at the UFC 157 open workouts than just discussing his fight with Menjivar. He touched on the women’s main event, homosexuality in MMA, his thoughts about his career and getting back to a title shot, Team Alpha Male’s new head coach Duane Ludwig, and more.
