Ronda Rousey hitting a hip toss on Triple H and locking up the arm of Stephanie McMahon at WrestleMania 31 will likely forever stand out as one of the most memorable moments from the 2015 edition of the WWE extravaganza.
The moment generated significant buzz in the sports world and led to rumors that next year’s WrestleMania could include Rousey (11-0 MMA, 5-0 UFC) facing McMahon in an actual match.
MMAjunkie caught up with several fighters in Poland for Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 64 event and asked what they thought about Rousey’s WrestleMania moment.
Included in that group of fighters was new UFC women’s strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk.
“I’m happy for her,” Jedrzejczyk said. “If she’s happy, I’m happy for her. She’s a boss, you know? I like her so much. I’m happy she’s doing great stuff outside the gym and outside the octagon, so I’m happy for her.”
