UFC Fight Night 49: Max Holloway vs. Clay Collard fight video highlights

TULSA – Max Holloway won the fight, but Clay Collard may have become a star.

Holloway (10-3 MMA, 6-3 UFC) needed to get to the third round against Collard (13-5 MMA, 0-1 UFC) before finally stopping the UFC newcomer – who had taken the fight on just 10 days’ notice.

It was Collard’s will to not go away through the first two rounds that won the fans over in Tulsa, and no doubt many watching at home, as well.

The bout was part of Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 49 event at BOK Center in Tulsa. It aired on FOX Sports 1 following prelims on FOX Sports 2 and UFC Fight Pass.
