UFC 192: Ryan Bader vs. Rashad Evans video highlights

Ryan Bader wasn’t happy with being passed over for a light heavyweight title shot, but he made a statement in the cage at UFC 192 when he beat Rashad Evans from bell-to-bell to win a unanimous decision.

The light heavyweight bout was the co-main event of today’s UFC 192 event at Toyota Center in Houston. It aired on pay-per-view following prelims on FOX Sports 1 and UFC Fight Pass.

Bader (20-4 MMA, 13-4 UFC) looked much improved in his striking, using a sneaky right hand to repeatedly catch Evans (19-4-1 MMA, 14-4-1 UFC), leading to some nasty swelling on the former champion’s eye. Evans continued to try to come forward and make something happen in the striking game, but his two years out of the game due to injury appeared to leave him unable to pull the trigger for much of the fight.
