UFC officials announced the bout on Thursday.
Jeff Hougland (9-4) makes his UFC debut after spending the majority of his career in the regional circuit. A winner of eight fights in a row, Hougland actually fought Strikeforce lightweight champion Gilbert Melendez early in his career in 2003 at a WEC show long before it was acquired by Zuffa.
Facing Hougland at UFC 132 will be fellow Octagon rookie Donny Walker.
Walker (12-6) is the latest product to come to the UFC by way of the Buckeye State of Ohio.
Spending the majority of his last few years in the NAAFS promotion, Walker has picked up seven wins in a row including a victory over Bellator Fighting Championships bantamweight Kenny Foster.
The bout between Walker and Hougland rounds out the 11-fight card set to go down on July 2 in Las Vegas.
