Twitter reacts to Brian Foster's unlikely 8-man tournament victory at WSOF 25

Joao Zeferino and Brian Foster
Brian Foster earned a WSOF lightweight title shot in one of the most surprising ways possible. After being eliminated in the first round of the WSOF 25 lightweight tournament, he came back to defeat Joao Zeferino to win the tournament crown.
Foster (25-8) was eliminated by Zeferino (20-7) in the opening round, but after a series of injuries to other competitors was brought back as a replacement for the semifinals. He made the best of that opportunity, advancing to the final for a rematch with Zeferino.
The second fight was completely different than the first when Foster shut down the grappling attempts of Zeferino and finished the fight by second-round TKO.
It was a turbulent night for Foster, but it paid off in the form of a future title fight with undefeated 155-pound champion Justin Gaethje.
