Light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier previews the strawweight matchup between No. 7 ranked Michelle Waterson and No. 10 ranked Courtney Casey ahead of UFC on FOX 29 on Saturday.
Waterson (14-6) is a former Invicta FC atomweight champion who is coming off back-to-back losses for the first time in her 11-year fighting career. She’s faced the who’s who of the strawweight division and plans to get back in the win column on Saturday.
Casey (7-5) is coming off a razor-close slit decision to Felice Herrig in her last outing. A win over Waterson would be one of the biggest of her career.
