Fans invited to UFC 168’s presser, weigh-ins, Q&A with Bruce Buffer

The UFC’s promotional machine goes into full drive the day after Christmas for next week’s UFC 168 event, and fans are invited to the usual pre-fight activities.

UFC 168 takes place Dec. 28 and airs on pay-per-view from Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena. The championship doubleheader includes two rematches: middleweight champ Chris Weidman (10-0 MMA, 6-0 UFC) vs. Anderson Silva (33-5 MMA, 16-1 UFC) and women’s bantamweight titleholder Ronda Rousey (7-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) vs. Miesha Tate (13-4 MMA, 0-1 UFC).

MMAjunkie will provide a live stream of all the festivities, though fans in Vegas can attend for free.

Thursday’s pre-event press conference at MGM Grand’s Studios A & B is open to the public. Doors open at 12:30 p.m. PT, and the event kicks off at 1 p.m. PT. Attendees include UFC President Dana White, Weidman, Silva, Rousey, Tate, Josh Barnett and Travis Browne.

Friday’s weigh-ins take place at MGM Grand Garden Arena at 4 p.m. PT, and doors open to the general public at 3 p.m. PT.

However, prior to the weigh-ins, UFC Fight Club members can attend a Q&A with cage announcer Bruce Buffer at 2 p.m. PT (doors open at 1:30 p.m. PT).
