A pair of new matchups has been added to the Bellator 59 fight card, making 10 fights now slated for the promotion's fifth-season finale.

Sherdog.com confirmed on Wednesday with a source close to the bouts that French standout Karl Amoussou will meet Jesus Martinez in a 175-pound catch-weight affair, and Brylan van Artsdalen will face Scott Heckman at featherweight.

The bouts help comprise a six-fight undercard, which streams live on Spike.com prior to the evening's main card telecast on MTV2 and Epix. Taking place Nov. 26 from Caesars Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, N.J., the show will feature the fifth-season heavyweight and bantamweight tournament finals, as well as former UFC talent Kurt Pellegrino's Bellator debut against Season 4 lightweight finalist Patricky Freire.

A veteran of M-1, Strikeforce and Dream competition, Amoussou stumbled in his Bellator debut this past May, dropping a split decision to Sam Alvey at Bellator 45. The 25-year-old Frenchman holds seven of his 12 career wins by submission and has only been knocked out once in five years as a pro.

Martinez will make his Bellator debut against Amoussou. Six years the elder of his foe, “Chavo” holds just seven pro bouts to his credit. The Pennsylvanian last fought in April, when he rebounded from the first loss of his career by earning a head-kick knockout over Christopher Wing.

Van Artsdalen, 27, made his pro debut inside the Bellator cage last year and lost via second-round submission. Following the defeat, the featherweight rattled off five consecutive wins before submitting to a Joel Roberts triangle choke in his Bellator return on Sept. 10.

Known as “The Animal,” Heckman recently saw a three-fight win streak snapped when he was punched out by Brazilian prospect Alexandre Bezerra at Bellator 49. The loss marked Heckman's first defeat via knockout, though he had previously been finished twice by submission.
