Tickets for the heavily anticipated grudge match between UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones and undefeated contender Daniel Cormier go on sale Wednesday.
“UFC 178: Jones vs. Cormier” takes place Sept. 27 at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena. The five-fight main card, which is also expected to feature former UFC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz against Japanese contender Takeya Mizugaki, as well as fast-rising Irish superstar Conor McGregor against perennial contender Dustin Poirier, airs on pay-per-view. Additional preliminary contests are expected to air on FOX Sports 1 and stream on UFC Fight Pass.
Tickets, which are available at Ticketmaster.com, start at $78, plus fees, for the cheap seats and go up to $803 plus fees for a cageside/floor spot.
Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday at 1 p.m. ET (10 a.m. PT local time). However, UFC Fight Club members can purchase tickets on Wednesday at 1 p.m. ET (10 a.m. PT local time), and UFC.com e-newsletter subscribers can buy their seats on Thursday at 1 p.m. ET (10 a.m. PT local time).
