MMA H.E.A.T. was on the scene in Stockholm, Sweden when UFC stars Tito Ortiz, Jake Shields and Cheick Kongo trained a group of female Swedish bloggers. The three fighters give them an introduction to some basic MMA training techniques and also fill them in on some of the philosophy behind the sport.
