Well, technically that's a nickname bestowed upon Mike Constantino by UFC welterweight Charlie 'The Spaniard' Brenneman, who calls him that because he acts as both lead trainer and manager for his fighters. Mike Constantino is the leader of AMA Fight Club and also manages many of the UFC's top fighters including Brenneman and the brother tandem of Jim and Dan Miller.
