In this video I show a sweep off of the Omoplata.

As I have progressed through the ranks I have realized more and more that the Omoplata is not only a submission but also a position. Once I started viewing it that way I have had a lot more success.

This sweep can be a little scary as you are "throwing yourself under the bus" when you put your head under you opponents body. You will probably have some difficulty doing this at first because of the spacing. I suggest a lot of reps and pr
