In short, Middlebrook summed it up best by calling the commission a "Kangaroo Court," before declaring that he would pursue a judicial review on behalf of his client. Perhaps Middlebrook's most telling comment was one that has been echoed by fans, pundits, and others, saying that this is a problem that is much bigger than Nick Diaz... there are no standards, no consistency, no protocol.
