Shake Break 10/19/18
I started adding Collagen Protein to my shakes this week. It is suggested that it helps improve skin, hair and nails. It’s also supposed to help gut health and digestion along with improving muscle mass. It’s only been a week so to soon to see any big changes but I’ll give you a breakdown of my first week.
