Right now the money that Luke Rockhold is being offered for his next UFC fight is BS according to him, and he's not fighting until the money is right. Luke Rockhold made $250,000 in his last fight at UFC 199. And since he was champion at the time he also got a percentage of the pay per view sales.
Ariel Helwani noted there was some talk of having a 4 man tournament with Rockhold, Jacare, Weidman, and Romero at UFC 205 on November 12th. But whatever Rockhold's next fight is, the UFC will need to increase his pay for that bout because he's not happy with how it stands.
Rockhold was just placed on the cover of At Large Magazine, and is receiving several offers in the modelling world, and he told Ariel Helwani on the MMA Hour that some of those offers are in the 7 figure range. So he could potentially make more in the modelling world and not have to go through the grueling MMA training, fighting, and injuries. Rockhold turns 32 on October 17th he's been fighting since July 2007.
