In this video I cover the basic setup for the Leg Weave or Leg Lasso series. I also show the most basic sweep that most people have seen before. This sweep is highly effective and as anyone that has had it done to them knows, it can be very difficult to defend.There are countless setups for entering into this position, this is just one of them.
