MMA H.E.A.T.'s Karyn Bryant catches up with K-1 star Tyrone Spong at the UFC 133 open workouts and gets his thoughts on the upcoming fight between training partner Rashad Evans and Tito Ortiz. Tyrone talks about the fight camp, Rashad's readiness to get back in the octagon after a long lay off and the "Blackzilian" team he and others formed in Florida.
