MMA H.E.A.T.'s Karyn Bryant spends a few minutes with actor Walton Goggins on the UFC on FOX red carpet and hears what he has to say about the arrival of MMA on network television.  Walton also talks about how physical training can affect an actor's performance and what he likes about his current role on the FX western-themed "Justified." But most of the time he's answering questions about his years playing the multi-faceted Shane Vendrell on one of Karyn's all-time favorite shows, "The Shield."
