Good job on yesterday’s exercise everybody! Before starting our second one I’d like to remind you all that it’s more important than ever to stay home as much as you can, wash your hands often, respect social distancing measures and avoid in-person interactions with the elderly. We’ll get over this quickly if everyone does their part! Bravo à tous ceux qui ont fait l’exercice d’hier! Avant de commencer notre deuxième, je veux vous rappeler qu’il est extrêmement important de rester à la maison le plus possible, respecter les consignes de distanciation sociale, se laver les mains fréquemment et éviter de rendre visite aux ainés. On va en venir à bout au plus vite si tout le monde fait sa part! Now let’s get to work! 5 X 30sec Grab something that weighs around 5 lbs and put it over your head as far and as straight as you can. Keep your ribs down and your pelvis rotated forward. Keep your legs tight together and point your toes. Try and stretch as tall as you can without breaking your posture.
