I’ve been ranked at least top 5 in the world for the last straight decade and a half. Almost 40 and still beating asses and feeling great. Why do you think athletes are able to compete successfully and longer these days? Tom Brady is 44, Glover Teixeira is 42, Serena Williams is 40 and Phil Mickelson is 50 for example. What is the difference between young and OG athletes? What is the reason and age you’re still or you’ve stopped chasing your goals?
