August 27, 2016 Alfredo Angulo and Freddy Hernandez face off in a super middleweight bout on PBC on Spike. Hernandez dominates Angulo in the beginning rounds as Hernandez uses his height and speed to control rounds 1 through 4. Angulo did come back in round 5 leaving Hernandez with a cut over his left eye. Angulo knew Hernandez was in control of the fight but Angulo did not give up and tried to work his way back in round 8. Hernandez did not give in and landed punches that hurt Angulo. After the 10th and final round Hernandez won by unanimous decision and shows a record of 33-8.
