This is a phrase from the samurai code that I also bring in my book, The Dragon Code. Why is it important to look for what causes a certain discomfort? Because self-indulgence is very attractive to our brain. We spend much less energy when we do what is in our comfort zone. But staying in the same is a trap that can prevent us from fulfilling the dreams we have. When we refuse a challenge because procrastination speaks louder, we are paving the way for complacency and missing great opportunities. All this hinders our process of discipline towards evolution.
