Here’s a little home workout ..... obviously only if you have a barbell. I know a lot of people have home gyms so give it a try. Here it is..... 20 straight leg dead lifts.... 20 rows... 20 clings .... 20 press.... 20 squats.... 20 leg lifts. No rest until you do the whole set. Roll from one to the next. Do 4 sets. You can always add weight if you want. Don’t forget the warm up dance in the beginning. Have fun!
