20 weeks post surgery???? ?? My knee is feeling better than ever. I’m able to push through training and progress without having setbacks , bone contusions or inflammation like my first surgery ?? I’m hitting pads, kicking , pivoting , running , jumping .. I haven’t done any live training or grappling with a human but tomorrow I test my knee out with some wrestling drills. I’ve still got some time left in the healing process but I’m better everyday. It’s been a rough almost 2 years now recovering from this Acl injury and 2 surgeries. But I’m finally starting to see the ?? behind all the rain clouds. I’m proud that I have had the mental and physical strength to persevere and overcome this set back. The Lil Bulldog Never quits, Never gives up and keeps moving forward. I want to thank all the people who have helped me through the process. Xoxoxo ?? LBD
