Official fighter weigh-ins for Saturday’s Bellator 120 pay-per-view event took place today, and you can probably guess what happened.
Headliners Quinton “Rampage” Jackson (205.9) and Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal (205.6) each made weight on their first attempt and will meet in the card’s headlining bout tomorrow night. But the two rivals got things started a little early when a face-to-face trash talk session ended with Jackson shoving Lawal in the chest.
Fortunately, the two were quickly separated, and the situation didn’t escalate.
The festivities took place at Landers Center in Southaven, Miss. The same venue plays host to Saturday’s event, which includes a main card on pay-per-view and prelims on Spike TV and Spike.com.
The full Bellator 120 weigh-in results include:
MAIN CARD (Pay-per-view, 10 p.m. ET)
PRELIMINARY CARD (Spike TV, 8 p.m. ET)
PRELIMINARY CARD (Spike.com, 6 p.m. ET)
