WSOF 30 salaries: Fighter payouts range from $500 to $130,000

Fighters competing at this past weekend’s WSOF 30 event made as much as $130,000 and as little as $500.

MMAjunkie recently requested and received the list of disclosed paydays from the Nevada State Athletic Commission.

WSOF 30 took place this past Saturday, April 2, at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. The main card aired on NBCSN following prelims on MMAjunkie.

The night’s top earner was middleweight champion David Branch (18-3), who scored a dominant unanimous-decision win over challenger Clifford Starks (13-3) in the headliner. Branch earned $65,000 to show and another $65,000 as a win bonus for a total disclosed payout of $130,000. Starks earned $15,000.

In the co-headliner, Jon Fitch (28-7-1) claimed the organization’s vacant welterweight title with a dominant unanimous-decision win over Joao Zeferino (20-8). Fitch earned $70,000, and Zeferino picked up $15,000.

The total disclosed payroll for the event was $294,000.
