If the Nevada State Athletic Commission knew UFC light-heavyweight champion Jon Jones failed a drug test nearly two weeks before UFC 182, why didn’t it say anything?
That’s one of the big questions following news of Jones’ failed drug test due to cocaine.
Jones (21-1 MMA, 15-1 UFC), who earned a unanimous-decision victory over rival Daniel Cormier (15-1 MMA, 4-1 UFC) in the Jan. 3 pay-per-view headliner in Las Vegas, has since entered rehab. However, the questions remain.
MMAjunkie’s Ben Fowlkes discusses some of them in the above video. Check it out.
